Ana Zettel has 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Her career at Petrobras began in the financial area, with an emphasis in the tax department. She also held a position of advisor to the Petrobras CEO.
In 2019, she started working in the Exploration and Production, as Planning and Partnerships General Manager, in Ultra-Deep Waters area. During this period, she participate in important negotiations that led to Petrobras success in the bid rounds of Transfer of Rights. Currently, she is the Executive Manager of Upstream Partnerships and Processes, a position she holds since May/2023.
She holds a master of science in Economics and executive training courses at Harvard Kennedy School and INSEAD, in France.
She is also a reference in the Diversity and Gender Equity theme in upstream in Brazil.She has conceived and implemented a pioneer women’s mentoring program at Petrobras E&P, as well as the Diversity Commission and a project that aims to ensure respect, welcome and belonging to women in the offshore environment.
