Caroline is a Managing Director at Accenture with more than fifteen years’ experience working in business, innovation & growth strategy for energy companies, start-ups, not-for-profits, and foundations across three continents. Caroline leads Accenture’s Energy Transition Services offerings in North America, managing a cross-functional team and partnering with organizations to help them navigate the transition and pivot to a new energy future. She is passionate about the topic is a recognized thought leader authoring more than 10 reports on renewables, grid transformation, the electrification of transport and most recently industrial decarbonization. She further leads Accenture’s efforts in North America to advance the development of Net Zero Industrial Clusters, in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Electric Power Research Institute. She holds a master’s in International Affairs & Sustainable Energy Policy from Columbia University and a BSc International Relations and History from the London School of Economics.
