Chris has over 30 years experience in the energy industry primarily on the development of large scale oil sands projects. Chris retired from Suncor Energy in 2022 where he held a variety of executive positions including as Vice President Regional Development; VP Energy Transition; and most recently VP Pathways to Net Zero. Chris played a key role in assisting the Pathways Alliance with developing a specific plan to get the oil sands industry to net zero by 2050.
