David Rabley

David is a Managing Director based in Houston and leads both the Global Accenture Energy Strategy Practice and Accenture's Energy Transition business. With over two decades of experience in the industry across every major oil and gas global hub, David collaborates with majors, NOCs, independents, and oilfield services companies to balance sustainability, profitability, and affordability. David is focused on architecting the role for oil and gas leaders in tomorrow’s energy system and focuses on decarbonization, energy efficiency, carbon capture, end to end carbon management and adjacent energies from a business, technology and systems viewpoint. David works closely with international organizations including the World Economic Forum with a focus on future energy systems, tracking progress across the energy transition and the actions required to accelerate progress in the hard to abate industrial and transportation sectors.
