Gilly Rosen is a geoscientist with research expertise in glacial marine sedimentology and paleoclimatology. With 15 years of energy industry experience, Ms. Rosen joined the U.S. Department of Energy in the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management on the Carbon Transport and Storage team earlier this year. Prior to this, she was a Vice President and Geoscientist at Ryder Scott Company where she was involved in a wide array of projects for clients around the globe, from hydrocarbon reserves certifications, to CCUS and gas storage projects. Before joining Ryder Scott in 2013, she worked at BHP Billiton across subsurface technical teams spanning the full project lifecycle from New Ventures to Production in their petroleum division, and prior to that was a Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Florida.
