Ibrahim Alrammah is an associate research professor at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), Riyadh. He is also the current manager of the National Center for Technology Foresight and a member of the foundation team of the Research, Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA). Dr. Ibrahim holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering and an MSc in Nuclear Science and Technology from University of Manchester, a BSc in Industrial & Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He is specialized in deterministic and probabilistic safety analysis and radiological risk assessment, certified in research reactors operation, and certified trainer in radiation protection. He is currently working on fields related to S&T foresight and R&D evaluation.
