Dr. Jiaming Zhang is a senior engineer at the Economics and Technology Research Institute of CNPC. He obtained his PhD from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in 2016 and has more than 14 years of experience in both academia and industry in the oil and gas sector. Dr. Zhang has been recognized with several awards, including the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the group company, the First Prize of Innovation in Modern Management of Petrochemical Enterprises (Industry Department level), the First Prize of Outstanding Research Projects from the Economics and Technology Research Institute, the First Prize of Excellent Achievements in China's Enterprise Reform and Development, the Excellent Information Achievements Award of the Research Institute, and the Outstanding Technical Paper Presenter Award. He has also co-authored five books and published over 20 academic Technical Paper Presenters. Additionally, he has obtained a software copyright. Dr. Zhang's research focuses on unconventional resource development technology and cost analysis, oil and gas field development and high-tech tracking, scientific and technological management and institutional construction, scientific and technological development strategy and planning, and other related fields.
