As a change-maker, engineer, early-stage venture capital investor, and Creative Destruction Lab Fellow, Judy has been at the vanguard of environmental sustainability, corporate / entrepreneurial partnerships and diversity as critical to future-proof business. Along with her impressive experience as a C-suite corporate executive, Judy co-founded a $100 million cleantech venture fund (Evok Innovations) and led the Weyburn CCS business, site of the IEA GHG Monitoring and Storage Project.
She sits as a director on energy (Petronas Energy Canada), public policy (Business Council of Alberta) and industrial tech boards (VEERUM, DeNova).
Judy was named one of Canada’s Top 50 Change-makers in 2023. She was also honoured with the 2021 Schulich School of Engineering Alumni Leadership Excellence Award, Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 and 2020 Calgary Influential Women in Business Lifetime Achievement Award.
