Kapil is an MBA from HULT International Business School with bachelor's degree in Engineering from Panjab University. He has over 17 years of experience in HPCL, having worked in areas of Marketing Operations, Projects and Human Resources. He is currently working as Chief Manger-HR at Corporate HQO. In his current role, he is responsible for implementing company's flagship in-house leadership development intervention HP Possible' designed for senior executives. Kapil is a SHRM Certified Professional and certified in Ferry Emotional & Social Competency Inventory. He has completed PG Diploma program in Industrial & Commercial Laws from NUJS. He has presented a Technical Poster Presenter presentation on the topic Nurturing Young leaders at HPCL' at the 22nd World Petroleum Congress' held at Istanbul in 2017.
