Kurt Abraham is Editor-in-Chief and Chief Forecaster at World Oil, responsible for all editorial facets of the World Oil profit center, including content, forecasting operations, and new data products. He has 38 years of industry experience, of which 32 have been with World Oil and Gulf Energy Information. Kurt earned a BA degree in journalism and business administration from Texas A&M University. His past experience includes all four major media—magazine, newspaper, radio and TV, as well as the largest statewide producers’ association, Texas Alliance of Energy Producers. In addition to being a past President of National Oil-equipment Manufacturers and Delegates Society, Kurt is a member of the Texas Alliance’s Supply and Demand Committee, as well as Senior Advisor on the Energy Education Foundation’s Hall of Fame Advisory Committee.
