Lily has 10 years of engineering experience in developing innovative technology from ideation to commercialization in the metallurgical and specialty chemical industries. In particular, she has focused on techno-economic analysis, technology readiness level analysis, IP protection strategy, and new process and equipment development. Previously, Lily has led the development of a novel metallurgical technology with experience throughout the lifecycle of technology development including equipment prototyping, lab-scale testing, on-site pilot-scale testing, scoping studies, basic engineering studies, and detailing engineering studies.
