Dr. Lu Ruquan is the president of CNPC Economics & Technology Research Institute (ETRI) and Deputy Director of CNPC Research Center of China Top Think Tanks. Since 2006, Mr. Lu has been mainly engaged in research on strategic management, energy policy, management reform, energy transition, and the Belt and Road Initiative. He has authored/co-authored several books such as the Thoughts on Petroleum, the Oil and Gas under the Belt and Road Initiative, the Strategies in Past Decade — A Manifesto by A Researcher on State Enterprise Strategies, the China's Oil and Gas Business and the World under the Belt and Road Initiative, and the Oil Power. Dr. Lu was invited as a speaker in CeraWeek 2023.
