Riyadh Ali Al-Enezi is Team Leader of Technical Personnel Development Team in Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). He is a twenty three (23) years experienced petroleum engineer specialized in well surveillance workflows, techniques and quality control routines in KOC. Riyadh also is proficient in training development for specialized disciplines, having led a pioneering training project that changed the well surveillance engineers’ development plans for KOC Well Surveillance Group, to take care of the challenges of KOC 2030 strategy. Mr. Riyadh was part of the team awarded with the “KOC’s Chairman Award” in 2011.
Since last two years, he has been working and recognized as instrumental in pioneering the Subsurface Talent Development and Management practices. Riyadh has a Petroleum Engineering degree from Kuwait University and Graduate of Harvard Business School “Program for Leadership Development (PLD)
