Diverse organisations outperform their less-diverse competitors in terms of revenue, profits and employee satisfaction and with women representing less than a quarter of the workforce in the oil and gas sector, attracting and retaining their talents represents a key, strategic priority. This is the launch session for the third version of the Untapped Reserves Survey, the only global, recurring DE&I Survey within the energy sector which is conducted jointly by the WPC Energy and BCG.
The WPC Energy and BCG will present key insights and learnings from the survey and discuss diversity challenges with a panel of industry leaders.
