While our industry has been accelerating its transformations, attracting, retaining and developing talents of the next generation have become more and more challenging. Yet, students and young professionals – by bringing their energy, diversity and innovative ideas - are essential to ensure our industry’s sustainability. For over a decade, the WPC Young Professionals Committee has surveyed students and young professionals globally to provide an accurate picture of talent attraction, retention and development in the oil and gas industry. Based on the findings from the 2021 WPC Youth Survey report, we invite industry leaders to debate the main conclusions and reflect on actionable solutions: Who if not us? When if not now?
