Dr. Ãngel E. Esparza is the Principal Technical and Policy Advisor at GHGSat Inc.  Ãngel has over 12 years in Air Permitting and Compliance in Research & Development engineering projects and in the Oil and Gas sector. He has worked in the development of a light-extinction method and inverse reconstruction modeling to study aerosols using in-situ and satellite data. Ãngel holds B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso; a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso; a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University; and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. Ãngel is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
